Rob MacGregor is an American writer.
Biography
Rob MacGregor is the writer who adapted Jeffrey Boam's screenplay for the 1996 film The Phantom starring Billy Zane into a novelization published in the same year, considerably fleshing out the story with scenes cut from the theatrical run, better realizing the characters, and greatly expanding the origins of the First Phantom.
