Paul Agnew

Paul Agnew is an Austrlian cover artist who has drawn covers for Frew's The Phantom comics and also provided advice on story selection to the publisher Dudley Hogarth. An example of a story recommended was "The Test", The Phantom #1708 (2014)^{[citation needed]}
