Majalet Almustaqbal

Majalet Almustaqbal (written مجلة المستقبل in Arabic) was an Egyptian magazine published in 1948.

History

Majalet Almustaqbal included a few pages with comics and different articles in every issue. It's possible that "Majalet Almustaqbal" was the first magazine in Arabic language that published the Phantom story. This magazine published one incomplete, untitled, "The Phantom" story - "The Phantom's Treasure". Unlike later publications in Arabic language, the Phantom was named "Alraj Almukni" (written "الرج المقنع" in Arabic) in this series. Other comics in this publication have been some Arabic comics and Mickey Mouse. There was 18 issues in total. Editor was Ismail Nasir.
