The Gyano was a tribe from beyond the Bengali jungle. They were frequent raiders into Bengali and used to kidnap Wambesi children for enslavement during the times of the 2nd Phantom. They were defeated by the Phantom and banished from the Bengali Jungle. The Secret of Magic Mountain
