Plot synopsis
The 21st Phantom is on a cruiseliner off the coast of Bangalla when it is raided by pirates. The Phantom confronts the pirate captain and is reminded of his encounter with Captain Cleaver when he was much younger. Stormy Seas His former foe, however, appears and announces that Captain Cleaver is now her son's name because she has become Commander Cleaver. The Phantom is tied to a chair and pushed off the plank where a shiver of sharks awaits.
