Fantomen app

The Fantomen app was maintained by Egmont Publishing, and launched in March, 2013 for Android and iOS.

The original version

The original version of the app included a free Phantom story, a map of Bengali and informative texts and images about locations on the map. The map and location illustrations were created specifically for the app by Swedish artist Elin Jonsson.

Stories available were "Mannen från havet" ("The First Phantom") by Lee Falk and Sy Barry, and three stories written and drawn by Hans Lindahl: "Devil – Vargen som inte kan dö" ("Devil - The Wolf Who Cannot Die"), "Giftmakaren" ("The Poison Maker"), and "Den flytande kyrkogården" ("The Floating Cemetery").

The last version

Since mid-2015, starting with issue 10-11/2015, each new Fantomen issue was available on the app, complete with cover, backup stories, and editorial pages. As of December 2015, no content other than the actual issues was available.

The app is no longer available.
