Fantomen 7/2004 is a regular issue of Swedish comic book Fantomen, published in 2004. It has a double cover. The outside cover is created by Peter Friman and depicts the Phantom's mask, with actual holes stamped in the cover where the eyes would be. The inside cover is by Hans Lindahl and has a white background that makes out the white in the Phantom's mask.
Another cover painting by Lindahl is found on the back of the inside cover.
