Behind the scenes
The cover was created for the story "The Tulip Swindle" which doesn’t appear in this issue, it was published in Fantomen 5/1982 instead, with a new cover. An editorial note explains that the cover was printed first, and the story wasn't finished in time and had to be replaced with reprints instead.
