Plot summary
Sean One is raiding Maximum transport cargo ships to obtain chemicals needed for his Damocles Platform, a deadly orbiting laser cannon he plans to use to force the Earth into declaring the Orbitals a nation. Helping him is Gorda, an Australian smuggler and most powerful pirate in the world.
