Rodolfo started to work in the mid-1950's after graduating at the Art Academy. He cooperated with Studio Favalli in Rome until the end of the 1960's, doing many movie posters and illustrations for Italian magazines. In the 1970's he cooperated with Studio Giolitti as painter (covers for English comics for girls and Western-comics for Germany) and as inker (Perry Rhodan and other characters for some English weekly magazines). He also cooperated with Massimo Fecchi as inker for "Fix und Foxi" and Egmont Disney magazines.
