Yet another year with Covid-19 has left the Scandinavian Chapter without our usual sources of income. No meetings and no fairs equals zero income for us. So if you are a Phan of the Phantom and like the service we provide to you and fellow Phans, through this PhantomWiki we therefore, ask you to donate to the cost of running it. |
Kemal Özcan
Kemal Özcan (sometime also written as Kemal Uzcan) was one of the low budget publishers in 1950's who put out unlicensed, traced, b/w comics. His primary comics publication was the long-running weekly 1001 Özel which presented some of the lowest quality tracing job packaged inside generally quite attractive covers. The magazine offered adventures of a different character in each issue or each consecutive issues. It's possible that he also was publisher of the one-shot issue Kızıl Maske in 1958.
