Overview

De bästa äventyren was a series of four pocket books released in Sweden in 2004. Each book contained stories by one Phantom artist, namely Kari Leppänen, Hans Lindahl, Jean-Yves Mitton and Jaime Vallvé. The stories were selected to represent some of the best work from the respective artist.

The books were sold separately but were also available as a box set. Kari Leppänen and Hans Lindahl appeared at the Gothenburg Book Fair in 2004 to promote the release of this book series.

Covers

There are two different versions of this book with only minor differences. One version, intended for regular comic book distribution has the price on the cover and is marked "Tidsam" (the name of the distributor) in the barcode on the back. The other version, intended for distribution in book stores has the ISBN number in the barcode on the back, and no price on the cover.
