"The Last Shogun" is a 1976 Team Fantomen story, written by John Bull, with art by Federico Maidagan.
Plot synopsis
The Phantom joins his fiancee Diana Palmer in Japan where factories who manufacture aid for the UN receive nightly burglars who sabotage them. The police suspect that the real purpose is to steal important technical parts in order to build an atomic bomb. On an island off the coast the Phantom discovers a temple erected to honor his great grandfather, the 17th Phantom, known as "The samurai who can not die". On the island he is challenged by samurai Takamura to compete with him in three events
