"The Flute of Death" is a 1979 Team Fantomen story, written by Donne Avenell, with art by Kari Leppänen.
Plot synopsis
Dr. Klien is writing a book on magic. He visits Bengali to gather information on the oogooru cult for his book. He meets Loko, who has been banished by the Phantom for worshipping oogooru. Strange events start taking place after Dr. Klien comes to Bengali and the jungle people become afraid of him. Phantom meets Dr. Klien and asks him to leave in no uncertain terms. Dr. Klien goes back to Vienna from where he came. However the Phantom wants to investigate the matter further and follows him to Vienna. In Vienna a couple of mysterious deaths take place in connection with Dr. Kliens book and it's up to the Phantom to solve the mystery.
