Tommy Sydsæter (born 1964) is a Norwegian comic creator, who mainly has created humor and satire comics. His only Phantom work was as an inker on the 1985 Team Fantomen story "Black Glove, Part 2", written by Tierres and pencilled by fellow Norwegian Knut Westad.
