"The Weapon of Terror" is a 2003 Team Fantomen story, by Hans Lindahl.
Plot synopsis
Ari, a freshman member of a criminal gang, decides to play a joke on the other gang members during a break-in and draws skull heads on the wall. The other more experienced gang members are terrified and the break-in is quickly aborted. Warning Ari of the wrath of The Phantom, the other gang members decide to lead honest lives from now on. Ari begins to start using the skull head to blackmail the most notorious criminals in Morristown.
