Ali Gutaale is a vicious international terrorist who is wanted for crimes against humanity and the attempted assassination of Diana Palmer-Walker.
Fictional Character Biography
International terrorist Ali Gutaale has eluded authorities for many years. Completely ruthless he has committed many atrocities to achieve his goals. Most recently Ali surfaced in Bangalla where he attacked the Capitol Building in Mawitaan.
Ali was against the proposed Resolution Ten - Thirteen project which promoted stringent sanctions against rouge nations which harboured terrorists. Before blowing up the Capitol Building Ali attempted to assassinate the Resolutions strongest supporter - Mrs. Diana Palmer-Walker. Ali had also enslaved the Llongo tribe and was forcing them to mine diamonds for him to support his operations.
Although the Phantom was able to break up Ali's hold on the Llongo and Ali's men were arrested by the Jungle Patrol Ali was able to escape and go underground. He has not been seen since.
Due to the attack on the Capitol Building and the attempt on Diana's life the UN decided to not vote in Resolution Ten - Thirteen.
