Plot synopsis

After a Morristown scuffle with criminal, an unconscious Phantom is thrown onboard a garbage barge and wakes up on Garbage island off the coast. The island is home to a community of peculiar characters. When one of them is found murdered, the Phantom is immediately blamed for it and he decides to start an investigation.
