"The Power House Gang" is the 176th Phantom Sunday story. The story was written by Tony DePaul and drawn by Terry Beatty.
Plot Summary
The Prisoner Hendrik calls the phantom, to speak him about a crime in progress. the phantom comes to Boomsby here hear the story, how Hendrik hear them fellows talking about steal the keys of the Bureau of Printing and Layout. He says they're in the old power house of Mawitaan they are planning every part of the Plan.
In the Old Powerhouse, the band had made a scale replica of the building, and they made daily rounds, perfecting the plan. In one the phantom, intervened and knocking out Zafar, he pretending to be Zafar blocking the route. They were scared to discover that there was a menacing recording and they prepared to confront [[the phantom].
But this is interested in their history when they named hendrik, then watching the recorded videos he could discover the history of The Power House Gang. Using the information scares them, manages knocking out Cooper and Zafar.
But one misses the leader who managed his escape, Stanton. This is shown more fierce and in a speedboat increases the speed the phantom. But the phantom manages to dodge the bullets and hold onto the rope. Now all is needed is time progresses.
