Plot summary

Rodian security service officer Van Basten is told off by his superior officer for his failure to deal a blow at the RLA and decides to get his revenge on Diana Palmer-Walker. Two weeks later a bomb goes off in the UN office in Morristown when Diana is out for lunch. Diana and The Phantom immediately suspects the Rodian security service to be responsible, but a more sinister plot is going on involving a more dangerous enemy.
