Plot synopsis
Despite Chris Someset and Anna having been attacked in their home by murderous thugees who intends to assassinate Queen Victoria, inspector Cooper of the Metropolitan Police don't think this is any matter for the police. While the Phantom is searching London for the sect members, Anna and Chris speak with an army veteran who served in India and who has vital information about the thugees.
