Plot summary

In the winter of 1824, the 14th Phantom is travelling with his wife Marie Claire and Bandar chief Turran to Altenburg to consult with a doctor about his wife's health. They meet Friedrich Vogel, also on his way to Altenburg to perform as a stage hypnotist at the city theatre.
