John Stokes is a British comic book artist who has drawn one Phantom story for Team Fantomen (in 1986).
Biography
Having a long career as a comics artist, Stokes created his first work for UK sport comics magazine Buster in the 1960's, working with Scott Goodall, among others.
Stokes declined to draw a second Fantomen story. It has been said that Stokes had trouble submitting work before deadline.[1]
