Plot synopsis

The 21st Phantom rescues Old Brumilah from the river, who says he did it for Winenka. The Phantom comes across Guran who is taking the tribal treasures to Winenka. The Phantom then investigates the irresistible woman to put an end to her evil and chicanery.
