Plot synopsis

In Morristown a young explorer, Karyn Kyle, meet the disreputable scientist Adam Freemont to get funding to explore the Iwaki Lake in the jungle, at the bottom of which she believe is a lost treasure. Freemont agree to finance the project but along comes three of Freemont's rogues, with orders to get rid of her if they indeed find a treasure. To receive permission from the Jungle Patrol, Kyle must agree to have a patrolman come along. Colonel Worubu is still concerned and ask the Phantom as superior commander of the Jungle Patrol to keep an eye out.
