"Stripes" is the 212th Phantom daily story. The story was written by Tony DePaul and drawn by George Olesen and Keith Williams.

Plot Summary

The Phantom watches TV and hears that an American has captured a very big tiger somewhere in Africa. Concerned that it could be Stripes, who lives on Eden, the Phantom travels to Eden and discovers his worries were correct; Stripes has been taken to America.

The Phantom travels to the US and manages to get Stripes back to Bangalla.
