Plot synopsis
As a plane crashes into the presidential palace, Dogai Singh's men kidnap president Sandal Singh and take her to a shack in the jungle. The kidnapping is made more complicated by the fact that the president is due to give birth and Dogai Singh's men kidnap Dr Axel from the jungle hospital to have him deliever the baby. The president gives birth to a baby boy but her father Dogai Singh shows up and takes the boy from her. Rahak Singh and his men unexpectedly arrive and kills Dogai's men, Dogai himself walks into the forest with the baby in his arms and hides.
The Phantom, believing that president Singh is dead, is surprised when her bodyguard Belim asks to see him and brings the news that she has been kidnapped. He also tells him that she is pregnant with his child. With the help of talking drums, the Phantom quickly locates the shack where she is kept. Rahak Singh and his men have also gone into the jungle to find Dogai. Speaking with the Phantom, president Singh denies that he is the father of the baby, instead saying that her lover Kevin is.
Rahak Singh and his men quickly find Dogai Singh hiding in the jungle but before they can kill him, they are interrupted by the Phantom. Rahak Sing's men are neutralized by the Phantom and the Phantom stops Dogai from shooting Rahak. At that moment president Singh herself shows up and shoots Rahak dead. She tells the Phantom that she will replace her father as the leader of the Singh Brotherhood and give up the presidency. She tells him that the next time they meet it will be as enemies.
In Morristown, the newspaper Bengali Bugle receives information that Singh Corporation has kept slave workers in Rodian labor camps and that the president herself has signed the agreement with the Rodian government. The newspaper also claims that president Singh comes from a family of pirates and gangsters. Headline in the Bengali Bugle: "Pirate President!". One week later the newspaper writes that the president is dead.
In an undisclosed location, the terminally ill Dogai Singh is to be placed in hibernation until a cure against cancer has been found. Before the hibernation is complete, Sandal Singh tells her panicking father that the Phantom is the father of her child.
