According to Team Fantomen

Professor Protherew is an agent of an unnamed major power of the world who was based in Bengali. He received information about a group of computer experts developing a cyber virtual platform game and was assigned to infiltrate the group. With the help of computer programmes stolen from Blaze Unduula he was able to become part of this group called The Titans. He realized that they had developed the cyber game Olympus to control cyber space in order to terrorize the world and blackmail the countries to pay millions so as not to sabotage their computer networks.

To destroy the cyber platform Olympus he secretly introduced a virus called EPG243 in the programme of the game. To activate the virus, however, the programme needed to be rebooted. He then faked his own death and left enough clues to allow Luaga, the Phantom and Blaze to suspect the cyber platform hoping that they would make the system reboot and therefore activate the virus. Events eventually unfolded as he had hoped and the Olympus was destroyed.
