Plot summary
At the presidential palace in Morristown, a pregnant president Singh receives a medical checkup from a pediatrician who assures her that the baby is healthy. At the cabinet meeting, the minister for the environment reports that the population of game animals in Kiwazangi National Park is rapidly decreasing, for no apparent reason. The cabinet decides to have the Jungle Patrol monitor the park.
One Jungle Patrol soldier is killed and one is seriously wounded when a patrol car is attacked with a rocket launcher. Colonel Worubu reports the attack to the commander, the Phantom, who decides to investigate the matter himself. He discovers that the criminal gang The Vultures hunt the elephants in the national park, using drones that they operate from an abandonded airfield to always know where the park rangers are.
