Plot synopsis

The 17th Phantom discovers The Red Hand's new headquarter, an old castle on the island of Jersey. But he is caught by gang members and is locked up in one of the castle's old cells. As the tide rises, his cell is slowly filled with sea water and he must find a way to get out before he drowns.
