I've added appearances, although I'm not all satisfied with the look of it... :/ Pjär 13:33, 26 February 2008 (CET)

Nevertheless, it is very informational. Now it's just a question of disposotion. Could a table work, or splitting it in two columns? (like similar appearance lists on Wookiepedia)Member 7 21:10, 26 February 2008 (CET)
Made a suggestion for a two column look. Feel free to improve it, everyone Pjär 23:32, 26 February 2008 (CET)

Previous Phantom Appearance

I am a little uncertain if it really was the "grandfather of the current Phantom" that dr. Dodd saw, it could have been the great-grandfather. Everything took place 70 years before, the current has less than ten years in office, that is 60 years, and if both of his father and grandfather served for less than 30 years, it could have been his great-grandfather. It is thereby hard to determine which Phantom that we are dealing with. I therefore feel that he might be deleted or that it is mentioned that he might be the great-grandfather. Any idea of modern Phantom chronology are totally useless here. Karl MAN Obadja 00:31, 27 February 2008 (CET)

How about "unidentified previous Phantom" in that case? Member 7 00:34, 27 February 2008 (CET)
That will probably do. Karl MAN Obadja 01:42, 27 February 2008 (CET)
Actually - in the strip of October 8, the current Phantom specifically states that it was his grandfather. These day, however, there was no identification of witch the current Phantom is (he wasn't specified as the 21st until the mid 1970's). I change it back, if no one object :) Pjär 14:34, 27 February 2008 (CET)
Well... now I noticed that it wasn't changed in the first place, so ;) Pjär 14:35, 27 February 2008 (CET)
Actually, the identification of the the current Phantom as the 21st is a lot older than the mid 1970s, even though it was then that Team Fantomen recognized it. There has been a story (I'd say by Wilson McCoy by the style of it) that has been mentioned in "Fantomen Talar" in Fantomen. I think the story might have been from the 1950s, though my memory is not perfect. Karl MAN Obadja 21:30, 28 February 2008 (CET)
Yeah, that is true. However, some during the 50s, 60s and 70s Falk kept changing, with some stories stating that he's No. 20 and some that he is no 21. However - from the mid 70s and on he is said to be the 21st without any exceptions.
This actually goes for the Team Fantomen stories as well - e.g. "Stora jubileumsboken" from 1975 claims that the the current is No. 20. When the first Scandinavian produced Phantom family tree is produced some year later, this is changed, and ever since, he is referred to as the 21st in the Team's stories as well.
