In the year 1959 a total of 27 issues of Swedish comic book Fantomen were published.
Overview
1959 was a year of a major remake of the Fantomen magazine. From Fantomen 21/1959, the stories were published in their entirety.
All the issues of the year were later reprinted in facsimile in Fantomen - Den inbundna årgången 1959, Del 1, Del 2, Del 3, and Del 4.

Covers
Rolf Gohs created 22 of the covers. The other artists' names are unknown. Only eleven of the covers showed the Phantom, the others featured back-up comics, famous sport stars or general illustrations.
