Anna Bacia claims to be a descendant of Cleopatra and the rightful ruler of all Africa.

Fictional Character Biography

The Singh Brotherhood salvaged a chest from their ship that attacked the ship of the 1st Phantom. Inside the chest was a scroll with an image of a woman, that was prophesized to bring great power to the Brotherhood. Nanamaru

This woman was Anna Bacia, the lover of HIM, the Ugandan warlord. When HIM was imprisoned by the Phantom, she took control of his army, claiming to be a descendant of Cleopatra and the rightful ruler of all Africa. Along with the Singh Brotherhood, Ali Gutaale, The Sky Band, and Manuel Ortega, Anna Bacia took part in a coup with the goal to instate her as ruler of Uganda and Gutaale as ruler of Bangalla.
