Fraka is a trained falcon who belongs to the Phantom.

Fraka is kept in a cage near the post office at the end of the jungle. Fraka's keeper is a young native boy. The boy picks up mail to Mr. Walker at the post office and then has Fraka deliver these to the Phantom.
