Plot summary

In 1988 The Phantom and Diana are visiting Sanloi to take part in the local festival to celebrate that it's been 300 years since the pirate Tease ransacked the city in 1688. Captain Tease's ship was ultimately blown up in mysterious circumstances and a masked avenger may have been involved. A descendant to the pirate has a plan that him and his men, dressed like 17th century pirates, will make a new attempt to raid the city and steal the pirate treasure from the governor's palace.
