They sleep, with Devil right next to the lion carcass. In the morning, though, the lion is gone. A lion comes around, growls, and walks away, then the Phantom gets a bad headache. | |||

"The Llongo Forest" is the 254th Phantom daily story. The story was written by Tony DePaul and drawn by Mike Manley.
Plot Summary
The 21st Phantom and Devil join two Llongo hunters as they hunt a notorious poacher. The thrill killer has shot a lion in the butt.
