Sandal Singh is the daughter of Dogai Singh, and the leader of the Singh Brotherhood as well as former President of Bengali in Team Fantomen's stories.

Fictional character biography

Sandal is the daughter of Singh leader Dogai Singh and grew up in a secret seaside palace in the Bengali jungle. Her father detested her since she was not a son that could succeed him as Singh leader. Dogai also hated Sandal's mother for not giving him a son and drew her to suicide. Sandal did not appear until her father was presumed dead, after which she took control of the Brotherhood. Dogai Singh's Treasure

As leader, she has reorganized the centuries-old crime organization into a well-respected business corporation known as Singh Incorporated. To the general public, Sandal's and Singh Incorporated's ties to criminal activities is unknown. After Lamanda Luaga resigned as president of Bangalla, Sandal conceived a plan that eventually led to her being elected new president of the country. The New President

As president she has worked in secret to undermine the Rodian government by shipping plutonium there, in order to create international outrage towards the Rodian government. Sala and the President As the Rodian civil war unfolded she took a wait and see approach by supporting its government and at the same time turning a blind eye to rebel border incursions. Ever since their first meeting, Sandal's relationship with The Phantom can be described as a love-hate relationship, at least for her. During her tenure as president of Bengali she dreamt of a romantic relationship with The Phantom. Sala and the President. Their relationship entered a new level when she and The Phantom were hiding by themselves in the jungle and Sandal used a love potion to seduce him. Fateful Meeting. She gave birth to a baby boy and has told The Phantom that he is the father. She has decided to raise the boy herself to make him a future Singh brotherhood leader. Her presidency ended after Bengali Bugle revealed that Singh Incorporated kept slave workers in Rodian labor camps and that the president herself signed the agreement with the Rodian government.
