A scrap collectors sell to a gentleman a very special bell. The bell of the India Voyager II. The scrap dealer called [[The 21st Phantom|The current Phantom]], and this tell the story of the Trail to the Gravelines Prison from the point of view of the Rhodian people.
On a beach in [[Rodia]], scrap collectors find a ship's bell belonging to [[India Voyager II]], [[Captain Savarna]]'s ship, and sell it to a scrap dealer. The scrap dealer write a letter to [[The 21st Phantom|The Phantom]]. When The Phantom come for a visit, the scrap collector tell him that there are rumours that the Rodian airforce attacked a ship offshore.


How The Phantom Battle for liberate a woman of the prison, Later goes to the ocean, from here will dive to find the India Voyager II. The Boat is on the ocean floor, in the remains of the Boat, The Phantom findes a skull, The remains of Captain Savarna!
The Phantom hires a boat and diving gear to search for the ship. He discovers it, sunken to ocean floor, its final destiny caused by large explosions. His hope that Savarna has managed to escape is dashed when he find a dead body in the captain's quarters.
 
The Phantom seeks to avenge the death of Savarna kidnapping the crime responsible, The Trio of Admirals that ruthless men. But Guran and Diana discover that two of the three admirals have been killed. Then the Phantom he has already discovered and heads for the home of last admiral and after beating the guards in charge of Admiral.


The Phantom decide to avenge Savarna's death. Breaking into the home of a Rodian navy admiral, his interrogation is interrupted by captain Savarna herself. She is very pleased to meet him again. She suggests that they should work together as a team to fight crime but the Phantom is against this since her methods are too brutal. She tells him that she is in love with him, then shoots him. The Phantom wake up a little while later with heavy bruises from the rubber bullets he has been shot with.

Plot Summary

On a beach in Rodia, scrap collectors find a ship's bell belonging to India Voyager II, Captain Savarna's ship, and sell it to a scrap dealer. The scrap dealer write a letter to The Phantom.
