Article of the Month Julie is the most known woman to have acted as the Phantom, and is often called The Female Phantom. When her brother became the Phantom, she remained in the Skull Cave. One day, her brother was wounded when he tried to free a missionary that had been taken by pirates. Julie had seen everything and saved her brother. She brought her brother back to the Skull Cave.
