In the year 2003, a total of 26 issues of Swedish comic book Fantomen were published.
Overview
During the year, 18 regular issues of 68/72/76 pages, 1 expanded issue of 84 pages, and 7 expanded issues of 104/108 pages were published. The 68-page issue was a printing error when the 8-page Fantomenklubben supplement was omitted by mistake. From issue 22, the Fantomenklubben supplement was reduced to 4 pages.

Covers
The main cover artist of 2003 was Rolf Gohs, with a total of 16 covers, of which three were almost identical (23, 24, and 25) and featured a hologram image of a skull. Other artists included Hans Lindahl (5 covers), the team Paul Ryan & Tom Smith (2 covers), Joan Boix (1 cover), and Peter Friman of the editorial staff using artwork by Kari Leppänen (1 cover) and César Spadari (1 cover).
