Cyclop was a henchman of princess Lala Singh of the Singh Brotherhood. He got his name from having only a left eye. He blinded the 3rd Phantom after Lala Singh bought him at the Slave Market of Mucar. After the 3rd Phantom mysteriously regained his eyesight, Cyclop was killed in battle with him. The Garden of Death
