Plot synopsis
Set in 2014, the retired Dave Palmer remembers his partner, police officer Joey Adams who was killed in the line of duty 30 years ago, in 1984. The murderer, Dennis Henley, was never brought to justice and disappeared. But Dave Palmer discovers that Henley may have escaped to Bengali. The Phantom helps him out, with only a box address in Danville, Morristown, to start with.
