Biblioteka Nostalgija #12 was the twelfth Yugoslavian album released in the Biblioteka Nostalgija series, published in 1991. It was the fourth and last to include Phantom stories.
First 14 pages from the story titled "Morska sirena" are from the original story "The Mermaids of Melo Straits" (the first seven weeks), but next 16 pages are from the original story "High Seas Highjacker" (the last eight weeks). Both stories are incomplete.
