Plot Summary

Diana is fencing for charity using a suit similar to the Phantom's. Heavyweight champion Chesty snatch her and claims that she is his girlfriend, when he realizes that the Phantom is her boyfriend, he challenges him to a boxing match which will raise charity. The Phantom knocks Chesty out in the match and tells the audience that he could have his title back when he wakes up since it was all for charity.
