Fictional Character Biography
According to Team Fantomen
The 15th Phantom was born in 1811 and was 19 years old when he swore the Oath of the Skull. He is said to be the bravest and the most dare-devilish of all the Phantoms.
In 1827 he studied at Sorbonne in France.
The 15th Phantom became the Phantom in 1831 after his father had been murdered by the false Jungle Patrol colonel Chandra Sykharn, a ruler of one of the countries in the Misty Mountains. He realized that the weak point of the old Jungle Patrol was that everyone knew who was the Commander and hence knew when he was away, making it easier for an impostor to appear and claiming to have orders from the Commander.
First, however, he caught Chandra Sykharn and his men as they were supposed to attack the Skull Cave and steal its legendary treasure. The prisoners had to build a new headquarter for the Jungle Patrol while the Patrol was in Morristown and the 15th reformed the Patrol by getting new uniforms and material and also recruiting new patrolmen.
When everything was done, the 15th Phantom fought a duel with Kulai Singh, the mastermind behind the plan which lead to the death of the 14th Phantom, and won, leaving him to the Jungle Patrol for imprisonment.
Later that year, he married Juliet Adams.
In 1831, his son is born, the future 16th Phantom.
